The Bastrop Police Department arrested two juveniles on Thursday, January 3, for vehicle theft. The juveniles stole a church van, which they then wrecked in Monroe. They stole another vehicle in Monroe and ended up in Union County, Arkansas where they were apprehended. They were both charged with vehicular theft and taken to Green Oaks Detention Center.
